Officers were called to Lincoln Avenue for a person having thrown a bag containing drug paraphernalia from a car, and they arrived to find a group of people who gave a license plate number of the car. When questioned, neither person inside would admit driving and since the vehicle was apparently driverless, officers had it towed and the couple left the area on foot.
