Betty was a member of the American Legion Post No. 374 Ladies Auxiliary, and had been a Girl Scout leader at one time. But by far, her greatest joy came from being a wife and a mother to her four children, who will carry on with a lifetime of wonderful memories. She lovingly cared for them and for their friends, and made their home a welcoming place for everyone who entered.

Surviving are two daughters, Connie Brant and her husband, James, of East Liverpool, Nancy Sell of New Paris, Ind.; two sons, Raymond "Buddy" Robinson and his wife, Debbie, of Lisbon; and David M. Robinson and his wife, Debi, of Goshen, Ind.

There are 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren all of whom she cherished.

Betty was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Thursday where the family will be present from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Rev. Rick Dawson will conduct a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Betty will be laid to rest beside her husband at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.
