David Dee, 48, Patriot Lane, New Waterford, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to a misdemeanor domestic violence. A sentencing hearing was set for Sept. 17, when he faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Dee grabbed his wife by the arm, knocked her to the ground and choked her.
