Dominica Cooper
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Dominica (Mildred) Cooper, 89, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012.
She was born September 25, 1922. Before moving to San Diego, she lived in East Liverpool on Summit Drive in Calcutta from the 1950's to the 1970's.

Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Cooper. They owned Central Sign Company.
Survivors include her sons, Roy of San Marcos, Calif., and Barry in Carlsbad, Calif.; daughter, Vickie, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and sisters, Amelia and Grace in Pennsylvania.
Per her request, the family will charter a sail-boat, and scatter her ashes at sea.
Telophase Cremation Society in San Diego, Calif., handled the arrangements.
