In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Roberto Gil Amezquita Rodriguez, 29, Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $350, sentenced to three days in jail and had his license suspended for six months for driving under OVI suspension.
Vessie L. Ward, 25, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and sentenced to two days in jail for assault after she punched Patricia Spiker in the back of the head.
Derek K. Phillips, 31, Lake Milton, was fined $130 for failure to display a valid sticker and no license, amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Jason S. Greathouse, 28, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $130 for seat belt violation and driving under FRA suspension, amended from driving under suspension.
Joshualee B. Hackney, 32, Old Irondale Road, Wellsville, was fined $130 for speeding and driving under suspension.
Dakota L. Gorichky, 20, Union Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence.
Kenneth W. Hull, 29, East Euclid Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and required 10 hours of community service for no license ,amended from driving under suspension.
Amy M. Harn, 31, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $95 for speeding.
Johnathan M. Cobb, 21, Roosevelt Avenue, Salem, was fined $90 for speeding and failing to maintain his lawn.
Benjamin C. Krugh, 34, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $75 for speeding.
Matthew J. Ankrom, 21, Boardman, was fined $50 for open container.
Emily N. Brotherton, 29, Van Buren Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for assured clear distance.
Marissa R. Collins, 25, West Seventh Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for speeding.
Betty A. Smith, 52, Washington, Pa., was fined $40 for speeding.
A July 19 pretrial was set for Adam E. Cornwell, 24, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, lane violations and open container in a motor vehicle.
A July 23 pretrial was set for Daniel P. Rhattigan, 36, Las Vegas, Nev., was charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A July 24 pretrial was set for Steven M. Lutz, 41, East Third Street, Salem, cited with telephone harassment for allegedly continuing to send text messages to a woman who had told him she wanted no further contact with him after learning he had been arrested on a child-related charge.
An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Darlene R. Lego, 57, Campbell, cited with speeding.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Michael R. Brown, 20, Carole Drive, Salem, charged with obstructing official business after attempting to falsify a urine test by bringing an additional sample hidden under his clothing for his test, which hampered the duties of his probation officer.
An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Robert K. Turner, 44, Brooklyn Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension, obstructing official business, theft and criminal damaging. According to court documents, Turner is accused of breaking a window out of a van belonging to Brian and Robin Falk, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, and taking cash from inside the vehicle on Oct. 19, 2011. Additionally, Turner is accused of giving police a false identity during a traffic stop Wednesday.
An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for James C. Bollinger, 22, Park Avenue, East Palestine, cited with disorderly conduct following an alleged fight on June 16.
