In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Ronald A. Shaffer Jr., 20, Mudbridge Road, Enon Valley, Pa., signed an extradiction waiver allowing him to be returned to Pennsylvania where he is charged with failure to report to his adult probation office. Shaffer was also fined $100 for no license.
Richard E. Dennison Jr., 33, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and required 30 hours of community service for possession of criminal tools and criminal trespassing after on March 10 he was one of two people the property owner on Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, reported were on his property on March 10. His co-defendant, Justin T. Dennison, 29, Longs Crossing Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 and required 30 hours of community service for possession of criminal tools. The criminal trespassing charge against him was dismissed.
Kaid D. Todd, 21, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $300 and required 30 hours of community service for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for his behavior in Leetonia on June 22.
Michael A. Riley, 23, Sleepy Hollow Drive, Leetonia, was sentenced to five days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for assault for calling several teens over to him outside the Corner Pocket and grabbing one of them, age 14, by the back of the neck before pushing him into a vehicle while choking him on March 17.
Amber Quinn, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $50 for two counts of failure to register dogs. Three counts of failure to confine dogs were dismissed.
A charge of failure to confined a dog against Debbie Quinn, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was dismissed.
A July 12 pretrial was set for Missie M. Faloba, 32, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property after she was allegedly had several hundred feet of AT and T copper wire taken from poles on the Wayne Bridge Road area on June 5 and sold by her on the same date to HMF Recycling, Lisbon.
A July 12 pretrial was set for Derrick J. Faulkner, 28, West Perry Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly selling jewelry stolen from a McCracken Road, Salem, home to Downtown Gems and Jewels, Salem.
A July 27 pretrial was set for Douglas L. Smith, 40, Vine Street, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct after police were reportedly called to his apartment three times within about three hours on Friday night and early Saturday morning. The third time, police found Smith and his roommate fighting on the ground. His roommate James L. Layne II, 35, Vine Street, Salem, also was cited with disorderly conduct and his pretrial was set for July 30.
A July 30 pretrial was set for Jacob L. Terry, East Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with assault after allegedly pushing William Miller to the ground in the parking lot of Circle K in Lisbon on Saturday.
A July 31 pretrial was set for Gerald L. Kliner, 60, Elm Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI first offense.
A July 31 pretrial was set for Mark A. Lewis Sr., 53, Walnut Street, Salem, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.
An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Loni Quinn, 21, East Fifth Street, Beloit, charged with theft after allegedly attempting to leave the Salem Wal-Mart on June 25 with $326 in merchandise in her purse.
An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Anthony D. Thompson, 28, East Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with possession of drugs (marijuana), OVI first offense and marked lanes.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Raymond R. McCulley, 40, Spartan Road, Salineville, cited with speeding.
An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Edward A. Echevarria, 47, Oviedo, Fla., cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.
An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Sheila M. Pesa, 37, Youngstown, cited with speeding.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for John K. Saker, 53, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, charged with theft and criminal trespassing for a digital camera and tennis shoes allegedly taken from inside a vehicle at the apartment complex.
A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Marc A. Sheely, 22, West Wilson Street, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
