Lisbon Police Reports 6-19

A caller reported at 12:12 a.m. Monday drunken juveniles were walking toward town on Grant Street.

A caller reported someone was screaming outside a home on North Beaver Street at 10:31 p.m. Sunday.

Don Wolf of the group home on East Washington Street reported hearing a loud explosion across the street at 10:04 a.m. Sunday. Residents said they saw a flash and heard a loud bang. An outside couch in the area was found with the end exploded, and the fire chief was summoned, who said it appeared as if someone set off an M80 on the couch.

Cathy Blankenship reported Sunday she believes an unauthorized person has gotten access to her keys to Night Court because she has found it unlocked and the lights on. Nothing appears to have been disturbed.

Glenn Libert reporting he was walking on Maple Street at 9:29 p.m. Sunday when a dog ran from the property of Michelle Seidner and tried to bite him, which is when he pulled a knife and threatened to kill the dog.

A motorist in a white Chevrolet SUV drove off from Smith Oil without paying for $56 in gas at 11:29 a.m. Sunday.

Police and an ambulance were called to the group home on North Market Street at 1:28 a.m. Sunday due to an unruly resident.

A motorist in a hunter green 4X4 drove off from Smith Oil without paying for $40 in gas at 8:27 p.m. Saturday.

Christine Stone, Sherman Street, reported Friday someone siphoned a full tank of gas from her van overnight.
