Officers were called Thursday morning to Prospect Street for a woman trying to get into vehicles and arrived to find Tiffany G. Walls, 31, Pritchard Street, Lisbon, standing in the middle of the street with two men. She reportedly smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and poor balance, and one of the men said he saw her getting into his neighbor's van. The van's owner said things were moved around in the vehicle so he was unsure if anything was missing. Another vehicle also appeared to have been ransacked, according to reports. Walls was wearing a hooded sweatshirt officers said she admitted taking from a vehicle because she was cold. She was charged with criminal mischief and intoxication.
Norman Fitch, Peake Street, reported Wednesday night being assaulted by his brother, Lucas Fitch, 32, Monaca Street. Officers arrived to find Norman Fitch bleeding from his nose and face, but he declined medical treatment. He told officers he confronted his brother about taking his car, and Lucas Fitch punched him repeatedly in the face.
