In Municipal Court Tuesday, Charles L. Bailey, 38, Holiday Street, was sentenced to 120 jail days for a fifth theft offense.
Robert M. Hissom, 59, Kent Street, was fined $60 for intoxication, with a second intoxication charge dismissed.
James S. Price, 43, Burford Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Jaimon T. Edison, 23, Wooster Avenue, was fined $85 for driving under suspension and $28 for no turn signal.
A housing code violation against Jo Marva Williams, 76, Maine Boulevard, was dismissed, and she was assessed court costs.
Pretrial was scheduled May 22 for Jarrod B. Starkey, 19, Cannons Mill Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI, driving under suspension and speeding.
Pretrial was scheduled May 31 for Kelly R. Howard, 22, Hollywood Avenue, charged with OVI and marked lanes.
Daniela L. Gilbert, 24, Avondale Street, was fined $150 for driving under suspension, while a turn signal violation was dismissed.
Ledia L. Twyford, 27, Riley Avenue, was fined $100 for driving alone on a permit and $35 for failure to yield.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Nathan Nightingale, 32, Northside Avenue.
Carol A. Fawver, 49, Arbor Road, Minerva, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.
A pretrial was scheduled May 31 for John B. Weaver, 37, Johnsonville Road, Chester, W.Va., charged with passing bad checks and obstructing official business.
