Martin Wilson Jr., Crist Lane, Weirton: Plead guilty to the charge of violation of protective order. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 3 days served, remainder of 57 days suspended. Placed on 7 months of unsupervised probation. Fined $250 plus court costs and $5/month probation fee.

Leon Budik, Penn Lincoln Drive, Imperial: Found guilty on the charge of speeding. Fined $10 and $160.80 in court costs.

Samuel C. Patterson, Upper Service Road, Hookstown: Found guilty on the charge of speeding. Fined $35 and $185.80 in court costs.

Harland P. Harris, III, Adler Street, East Liverpool: Found guilty on the charge of violation of protective order. Fined $100 and $185.80 in court costs. Defendant to have no contact with victim.

April 18-20

Brian McKinney, Glenshire Road, Oakwood Village, OH: Plead guilty to the charge of possession of marijuana. Placed on 7 months of unsupervised probation with court costs. No violations, costs paid in full. Case dismissed.

Bryant McClain, S. Walnut Street, Richmond, OH: Plead guilty to the charge of DUI. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended. Placed on 7 months of unsupervised probation. Fined $400 plus court costs and $5/month probabtion fee. Plead guilty to the charge of speeding. Fined $25 plus courts costs. The Prosecutor's motion to dismiss the cases on the charges of stop sign and registration violation was granted. Cases dismissed.

Kevin W. Magnone, Gilson Avenue, Weirton: The Prosecutor's motion to dismiss, with prejudice, the case on the charge of driving suspended/revoked for DUI was granted. Case dismissed. Plead guilty to the charge of expired motor vehicle inspection. Fined $10 and $160.80 in court costs.

Anthony Hardwick, Patterson Road, Weirton: The cases on the charges of five counts of sexual assault were dismissed in magistrate court due to being indicted in circut court for the same charges.

Tonya Wolanski, N. 5th Street, Toronto: Plead guilty to the charges of 2 counts of DUI. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 22 days served. Remaining 38 days suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation with $5/month probation fee. Fined $200 on first count and $100 on second count. Assessed court costs. Fined $100 on the charge of driving suspended for administrative. The case on the charge of driving suspended for DUI was dismissed upon the State's motion. The case on the charge of obstructing and officer was dismissed upon the State's motion.

James M. Davis, West Street, Weirton: Plead guilty to the charge of failure to register as a sex offender. To pay $205.20 in court costs. Placed on one year of unsupervised probation with credit for time served. $60 probation fee.
