EAST LIVERPOOL - The Wildcats left their mark on the field.
Edison's Katelyn Pollock and Ashley Borsch were the lone three-time winners in individual events Thursday as the dynamic duo helped lead the Edison girls track team to a victory in a tri-meet over East Liverpool and Crestview at the Frank J. Managno Olympic Memorial Track.
Edison finished first with 80.5 points, East Liverpool ended up second with 45.5 points and Crestview was third with 38 points.

The Rebels and Wildcats flipped places in the boys meet. The Rebels finished first with 71 points, the Potters placed second with 52.5 points and the Wildcats were third with 40.5 points.
"Things went pretty well," Edison head coach Jamie Evans said. "The boys struggled a little bit. The girls came through with the win."
All told, the Edison girls won 10 events. Eight of the wins came in individual events.
Pollock won the 400 (1:05.3), the 800 (2:37.8) and the high jump (5-0), and Ashley Borsch won the 200 (28.3), the 100 hurdles (16.2) and the 300 hurdles (50.4) to lead the way.
Also for the Wildcats, Nhung Tran won the 100 (13.3), and Tori Turnbull won the shot put (28-07).
The Wildcats also won the 4x100 relay (54.9) and the 4x200 relay (1:53).
East Liverpool won three events. Two of the victories came in relay races.
Jennna Renner was the lone individual winner for the Potters. Renner won the 3200 (14:22.7).
East Liverpool also won the 4x400 relay (4:42.5) and the 4x800 relay (11:38.2).
Crestview also won three events. All three of the Rebels' victories came in individual events.
Rebeckah McCutchen won the 1600 (6:10), Hannah Varian won the long jump (14-06.5) and Marissa Leon won the discus (83-11).
The Crestview boys won nine events.
"Crestview had some nice sprinters," East Liverpool head coach Scott Thornberry said.
Jake Mellinger won the 200 (23.4) and the 400 (51.3) to lead the way for the Rebels.
Also, Nick Blower won the 100 (11.3), Josh Scheuter won the 110 hurdles (16.6) and Tom Oliver won the 300 hurdles (45.4). Finally, Ryan Moffett won the shot put (41-07) and Kaleb Baker won the discus (125-09).
Crestview also won the 4x100 relay (45.0) and the 4x200 relay (1:35.7).
"Crestview has a good boys team," Evans said. "They did a really nice job tonight."
East Liverpool won four events.
Nate Boyer won the 1600 (4:46) and the 3200 (10:15.7) to lead the way for the Potters.
Also, Zach English won the long jump (19-04).
The Potters also won the 4x400 relay (3:46.3).
Edison won three events.
Preston Collins won the 800 (2:17.8), and Kyle Minger won the high jump (5-10).
The Wildcats also won the 4x800 relay (9:26.8).
Both Edison teams placed second at the east Liverpool Early Bird Invitational back on March 30.
Edison will compete at the Jefferson County Relays Saturday at the Harding Athletic Complex in Steubenville. East Liverpool will take part in another tri Monday at home against Cardinal Mooney and Toronto.
