In Municipal Court Tuesday, an OVI charge was amended to reckless operation against William E. Cronin III, 31, Industry, Pa., who was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years. He was fined $50 for driving left of center.
Gregory A. Newlen, 22, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $50 for speeding.
Dusty A. Costlow, 28, Cleveland Avenue, Salineville, was fined $20 for speeding.
Sean Jason Hudson II, 19, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $30 for loud exhaust, which was repaired prior to his court hearing, according to court dockets.
Pretrials were scheduled for Heather B. Powell, 24, County Road 58, Irondale, charged with disorderly conduct, April 12; Jason M. Garland, 23, Saint George Street, failure to comply with a police officer's order, resisting arrest, driving under suspension, disregard for safety, no turn signal and no seat belt, May 1; and Marcus L. Copeland, 26, Elyria, reckless operation, failure to comply with a police officer's order, resisting arrest and driving under suspension, April 17.
A second arraignment was set April 16 for James H. McKinnon Jr., 28, Croft Avenue, charged with domestic violence. Cash/surety bond was set at $7,500, and he was ordered to have no contact with Alexandria McKinnon.
Trial was scheduled April 17 for Kara N. Dellapenna, 28, McKinnon Avenue, charged with speeding and no seat belt.
