WELLSVILLE - Robert and Sharon Halfhill of Wellsville will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary April 6, 2012, with a family dinner at the Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana.
They were united in marriage by the Rev. William A. Hewitt in the Central Methodist Church of Wellsville April 6, 1962.
Sharon is the daughter of the late Clyde and Fay Smith of Wellsville and is a 1961 graduate of Wellsville High School and homemaker.

Robert is the son of the late John and Sarah Halfhill of Wellsville and is retired from American Electric Power Windsor Coal Company and also served in the Army.
They have four daughters, Kimberly Noon, Julie Garner wife of Rob Garner, Starr Ensinger wife of Mike Ensinger all of Wellsville and Robin Schwerha wife of Greg Schwerha of Calcutta. They also have seven beloved grandchildren.
