Amber M. Haney, 22, no address reported, was charged with intoxication after officers were called to her mother's home on Lincoln Avenue twice in the same day regarding Haney screaming at her mother.

An officer spotted two students on Maine Boulvard just before 10 a.m. Monday and stopped to ask why they were not in school. One of the boys said he had an early dismissal due to a tooth, and the other gave a name later found to be false and said he attends seventh grade at Westgate. The officer told the boy he knew he was lying since seventh graders now attend class at the high school and told him to get in the cruiser to be transported to school, but the boy ran off. The other boy also said he had no early dismissal and was taken back to school.

Danny D. Brand, 48, Y&O Road, was charged with criminal damaging Saturday after reportedly vandalizing a vehicle, which was witnessed by a taxi driver. A small screwdriver found in Brand's possession matched marks on the vehicle and a puncture in the tire, according to reports.

Joshua Clarkson, no age or address reported, was southbound on Lisbon Street when his vehicle veered to the right and got lodged behind a guardrail. When it was towed, it was found the belts on the left front tire had broken.

Chad Roe, Wooster Street, reported someone filed income tax using his Social Security number.

Charles Williamson, Saint George Street, reported his residence entered and a Wii, flat screen television and coin collection taken.

Robert Petty, East Eighth Street, reported his garage broken into by the door being kicked in. Taken were a toolbox and tools.

Jerry Jones, Dresden Avenue, reported her daughter was causing problems after being kicked out, and officers told her daughter to get her belongings and leave before she ended up in jail.

Angel S. Walsh reported she and John Galloway were assaulted at Scotty's Bar by two men they knew for no apparent reason. The men also reportedly assaulted a man and woman who tried to break up the fight, then left. All parties were advised the procedure for filing charges.

Shawn M. Boyle, 20, reported that he and his girlfriend were in an argument and she went to get her belongings from his car, at which time she broke off the antenna and poured rubbing alcohol inside.

An officer on patrol Saturday night reported seeing a vehicle parked in the roadway on Avondale Street and a man in the street, shouting at people on a porch. He told the officer he was confronting them about a text message he was sent. All parties were advised of the stupidity of the incident and sent on their way, according to reports.

Officers responding to a report of a man wrecking a Park Avenue residence said they found no problem.

Nancy Russell, Saint George Street, reported her son is on drugs and stole several items from her home.

Tamika Smith, no address listed, was cited for driving under suspension after officers stopped her vehicle on Dresden Avenue because it matched the description of a vehicle involved in a theft from Walmart.

Responding to a reported domestic situation on Rural Lane, officers said Angel M. Mayhew, 40, and Paul L. Beaver, 42, were still arguing and had apparently been drinking. Beaver was transported to a relative's house.

Josh Morris, no address listed, reported he was assaulted by two people he couldn't identify. He was advised to call police if he finds out who assaulted him.

A grandmother came to the police station with her granddaughter to report a sexual assault.
