In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Monday, Gregory J. Holisky, 41, Struthers, was fined $250 for a misdemeanor criminal trespassing conviction.
Holisky had originally been bound over to the grand jury on an aggravated burglary charge for breaking into the home of Jackie Cruz in December 2010. The charge was later changed during the indictment process to criminal trespassing.
