Columbiana County Municipal Court for 2-10

In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Edward J. Hough, 47, Churchill Road, Lisbon, was fined $775, sentenced to 15 days in jail, required 25 hours of community service and had his license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.

Shelly S. Burt, 22, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $735, had her license suspended for six months, was required 30 hours of community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense, traffic control devices and speeding.

William Seth McMillan, 18, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $250 and required 30 hours of community service for obstruction of official business after running from police on the Youngstown and Southern Railroad tracks in Columbiana on Jan. 31.

Eric White, 36, White Street, Wellsville, was fined $230 and required 50 hours of community service for failure to reinstate his license, use of an unauthorized plate and a seat belt violation.

Robert E. Anderson, 61, Washington, Pa., was fined $65 for speeding.

Brian S. Curfman, 36, Saltwell Road, Lisbon, was fined $55 for speeding and an expired registration.

Daniel L. Emanuel, 33, Struthers, and Sharon M. Zupo, 52, state Route 164, Salineville, were each fined $30 for speeding.

Andrew D. Conner, 23, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $30 for a seat belt violation.

A Feb. 16 pretrial was set for Bradley J. Lewis, 28, Ohio Avenue, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly selling a stolen laptop at Cash Land in Salem for $250.

A March 6 pretrial was set for David Fusillo, 42, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Melissa A. Almy, 28, state Route 154, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.

A March 12 pretrial was set for Bryan P. Wilson, 26, state Route 7, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense and driving under FRA suspension.

In court Wednesday, James C. Berg, 50, Speidel Road, Hanoverton, was fined $600, required 30 hours of community service and sentenced to 10 days in jail for criminal trespassing. Court documents state Berg went into a home on Charlton Street, Lisbon, at about 11:45 p.m., July 21, 2010 and struck the resident, Alexander Converse numerous times in the face and chest while Converse was lying in bed.

In court Thursday, Thomas J. Snodgrass, 48, Austintown, was fined $725, sentenced to three days in jail, required 25 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Christine R. Desellem, 21, South Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $725, had her license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Tanya A. Davis, 45, Kenmar Drive, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Davis broke into her estranged husband's home by smashing out the front window.

Robert B. Griffin, 20, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150, sentenced to 29 days in jail and required 40 hours of community service for theft after taking both silver coins and other change valued at about $400 total from a home on U.S. Route 30, Lisbon.

Ronald J. Helle Jr., 26, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license amended from driving under suspension.

Gregory S. Trulli, 47, Waterford Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Shawn F. Cassinger, 46, Richfield, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for criminal trespassing after he had been beating on a woman's door on Franklin Avenue on April 13 after he had been told in the past not to return to her home.

Terry B. Burkholder, 32, Cedar Street, Salem, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license amended from driving under suspension.

Dustin A. Radcliff, 31, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for no license.

A Feb. 16 pretrial was set for Michael S. Springer, 54, Leake Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI third offense and one way traffic.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Johnny Todd, 36, Cleveland, charged with OVI first offense, speeding and driving under suspension.

A March 5 pretrial was set for Ryan L. Butler, 26, Desellum Road, Lisbon, charged with criminal trespassing after he reportedly went into a Rose Drive apartment in Lisbon and despite the resident telling him to leave, he sat at the table and refused to go. Court documents state when she told him she had called police he took a steak knife, put it in his pocket and left.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Dale R. Haynes, 49, Cook Avenue, Boardman, charged with OVI first offense.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Justin J. Schneider, 21, state Route 518, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Andrew M. Frenger, 33, Fox Den Trail, Canfield, cited with a stop sign violation.
