Eric Burch, Lamberton Avenue, Barberton, OH: On the charge of possession of controlled substance, no violations were noted during the probationary period. Court costs paid in full. Case dismissed.

Alicia Freeman, Church Alley, Chester: On the charge of possession of controlled substance, no violations were noted during the probationary period. Court costs paid in full. Case dismissed.

Michael Ludovici, Florida Avenue, Chester: Plead guilty to the charge of possession of controlled substance. Placed on 6 months unsupervised probation. Costs paid in full. No violations. Case dismissed.

Mark Higgins, Jr., Fairview, Chester: On the charge of domestic assault, defense motioned to dismiss with no objection by the Prosecutor. Motion granted. Case dismissed with prejudice.

Aaron D. Wells, Anchorage Court, Weirton: On the charges of driving suspended/revoked for DUI, fleeing from an officer, obstructing an officer, and public intoxication, pursuant to diversionary agreement, Prosecutor's motion to dismiss, with prejudice, is granted.

Amanda O'Brien, Calcutta Road, East Liverpool: On the charge of aggravated DUI, case was dismissed upon State's motion.

Kyle Zimmerman, St. Route 152, Toronto: The charge of aggravated DUI was dismissed and refilled as reckless driving upon the State's motion. Defendant plead no contest to the charge of reckless driving. Fined $250.00 plus court costs. On the charge of left of center, the case was dismissed.

Michael Eckels, Harmon Avenue, Weirton: Plead guilty to DUI 1st on the charge of aggravated DUI. A 30 day jail sentence was suspended. Placed on 6 months unsupervised probation with $5/month probation fee. Fined $250. Assessed court costs. On the charge of speeding, the case was dismissed upon the State's motion.

Christopher Price, Echo Dale, East Liverpool: Plead guilty to DUI 1st on the charge of aggravated DUI. A 30 day jail sentence was suspended. Placed on 6 months unsupervised probation with $5/month probation fee. Fined $500. Assessed court costs.

Sarah Walter, Palomino Drive, Weirton: On the charge of permitting DUI, the case was dismissed upon the State's motion.
