In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Brennan M. Zocolo, 24, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $725, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and was required 20 hours of community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
Nathan Adkins, 36, state Route 170, Negley, was fined $700, sentenced to 30 days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
Thomas C. Foley, 35, Spaite Drive, East Palestine, was fined $425, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours of community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Zachary A. Kenst, 19, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $400 and required 40 hours of community service for underage consumption.
Robert K. Kramp, 65, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, required 20 hours of community service and credited with two days in jail served for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing an item and striking his wife.
Rick John Bartolomeo, 54, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $300, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for headlights and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Matthew R. Mason, 32, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 20 hours of community service for disorderly conduct. A domestic violence charge for reportedly smacking his wife in November was dismissed.
Gilbert Demello Jr., 47, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Tammy M. Kaylor, 26 Austintown, was fined $150 for speeding.
Michael T. Giles, 24, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was fined $130 for no license and speeding.
Barbara A. Himes, 48, Metz Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 and sentenced to three days in jail for domestic violence for slapping her daughter.
Amber D. Possage, 29, Wood Street, Lisbon, was fined $75 for disorderly conduct for leaving abusive messages on an 11-year-old girl's cell phone.
Jeffrey M. Schoch, 52, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was fined $30 for assured clear distance.
Lyle D. Jennings, 18, Lakeview Circle, East Liverpool, was found guilty on Monday of speeding in a school zone and ordered to pay costs only.
Veronica M. Lee, 23, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was ordered to pay costs only for assured clear distance.
A Feb. 2 pretrial was set for Todd M. Divita, 39, Weirton, W.Va., charged with OVI first offense, reckless operation, assured clear distance and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having two glass crack pipes in his vehicle.
A Feb. 2 pretrial was set for Charles Butler, 28, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with assault for punching an employee of the health care facility where Butler lives.
A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Jarred A. Chestnut, 20, Depot Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension and two lights required.
A March 12 pretrial was set for Jeffery J. Cox, 29, Andrew Avenue, Salem, charged with driving under suspension and failure to yield the right of way.
