Lisbon Police Reports 1-28

A man reported at 4:13 a.m. Friday a semi truck attempting to make a delivery at Save-A-Lot was being blocked by a parked vehicle. Police attempted to contact the vehicle's owner to have it moved but were not successful. A note was left on the windshield to not park in that area.

Michael Liggett reported at 10:33 a.m. Thursday a woman fell down the steps at an apartment complex on North Market and West Chestnut streets and was bleeding and in need of medical assistance. Police found the woman, who was breathing but not responsive. She was taken by her mother to Salem Hospital for her injuries. A woman at the apartment told police the inured woman had about three or four shots to drink before falling down the steps but had not taken any drugs.

An American Health Care employee at the North Market Street building reported at 4 p.m. Thursday client Josh Santiago was "tearing the place up" and requested charges be filed against him.

A woman reported at 2:35 p.m. Thursday a semi truck that turned the corner at Moore Street and East Lincoln Way took down the stop sign.

A South Market Street woman reported at 2:10 p.m. Thursday someone tried to break into her apartment during the night. She told police the door frame was damaged and the lock was "messed up" and requested an officer survey the damage.

Police charged Valerie Pedreschi, 18, Maple Street, with theft at Smith Oil at 10 a.m. Thursday.
