In Columbiana County Municipal Court Wednesday Carolyn Anderson, 44, Warren, was bound over to the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas on a trafficking in drugs charge, after police stated she sold 86 Oxycontin pills to an undercover agent in exchange for $2,100. Bond was continued at $100,000 cash/surety.

Cynthia Anderson, 47, Youngstown, was bound over on a complicity to trafficking drugs, after police state she was the passenger in a vehicle driven by Carol Anderson when she sold drugs to an undercover agent. Bond was set at $100,000 cash/surety.

A June 2 pretrial was set for Brittany Gardner, 18, East Main Street, Salineville, charged with theft and being held as a fugitive from justice for Hancock County, W.Va.

Tammy S. White, 43, New Cumberland, W.Va., consented to be extradited to West Virginia were she has been charged with failure to appear.

Philip Strojek, 62, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to two days jail for OVI first offense.

Ricardo Saucedo, East High Street, Alliance, was fined $250 and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for underage consumption.

Joseph Ackerman, Maplewood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $250, had his license suspended for 180 days, sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to perform 60 hours of community service for drug paraphernalia.

A menacing charge against Dean Renn, 20, West Rebecca Street, East Palestine, was dismissed after the witness. Beau Manley, did not appear.

Joey Morris Jr., 26, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $100 and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Steven Price, 34, North Jackson, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.

Casey Eaton, 20, Mineral Ridge, was fined $50 for speeding.

Daniel Paterson, Allegheny Trail, Negley, was ordered to pay costs only for speeding.

A June 30 pretrial was set for Eric Ream, 34, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence.

A July 11 pretrial was set for Ronald Plachecki, 72, Bittner Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, marked lanes and seat belt violation.

Randall Joseph, 47, Steubenville Pike, pleaded not guilty to aggravated menacing; pretrial June 6.

Michael Chatal, 21, Independence, was fined $150 for speeding.

Maston Mountz, 20, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $100 for underage consumption.

Brandon Toothman, 21, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Shawn Morris, 24, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

Matthew Hightland, 20, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $50 for persistent disorderly conduct.

Jessica Coubs, 20, East Washington Street, was fined $60 for failure to control and a seat belt violation.
