Wilbert Avenue resident Kimberley A. Beatty reported Sunday morning that she was staying at someone's apartment and a person removed cash from an empty cigarette pack. The money was in a backpack.
An employee with Smith Oil along St. Clair Avenue reported the theft of $30.17 in gasoline. The incident happened Monday afternoon, and the suspect was driving a blue Oldsmobile with temporary tags.
A Smith Avenue resident told officers Monday afternoon that someone dumped household trash on his property. Some mail in the trash had a Midland address.

Scott Earich told officers Michael Earich was the one who assaulted him over a family issue. Both were told to file charges if needed.

Woodland Hills resident Donna J. Potts told officers Tuesday morning that someone threw a cinder block through her sliding glass door.
At 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, Amanda Kiger, of Ephriam Street, told officers her car was stolen from her garage earlier in the morning and found by a friend on Bradshaw Avenue. The car has no insurance, and Kiger had not been driving it.
