The Review

In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Forest Street man was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail on 10 counts of theft. Richard Wright, 24, unlawfully gained control of property from five North Beaver Street residents and one resident each of West Chestnut, West Washington, East High and East Pine streets and Pritchard Avenue.

Jessica Lasater, 22, Cunningham Road, Salem, was sentenced to 71 days of electronically monitored house arrest and was fined $150 for theft. Lasater took a woman's cell phone without permission.

Shelly Logan, 48, Bonesville School Road. Leetonia, was sentenced to 200 days in the county jail, was fined $1,250 and had her driver's license suspended for one year for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, lane violations, reckless operation and lighted lights required; review hearing Jan. 4.

Joeylynn Miller, 37, North Lima, was sentenced to 85 days in the county jail, was fined $900 and had her driver's license suspended for one year on charges of OVI second offense and falsification; video review hearing Aug. 20.

Travis Beiling, 26, Boardman, was sentenced to 10 days in the county jail, was fined $1,015 and had his driver's license suspended for one year for OVI second offense, failure to reinstate license, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Richard Joy Jr., 36, Steubenville Pike, pleaded not guilty to OVI second offense and lane violations; pretrial Sept. 27.

Mark Guthridge, 26, Boardman, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $725 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for physical control, amended from OVI first offense, and speeding.

Erica Kaurich, 36, Beloit, was fined $300 for reckless operation, amended from OVI first offense, and failure to control.

Jeffrey Braund, 19, North Lima, pleaded not guilty to reckless operation and underage consumption; pretrial Sept. 9.

A charge of domestic violence against Justin Trevor, 22, Bank Street, East Liverpool, was dismissed due to concerns regarding evidence.

Jonathan Pipkins, 24, West Wilson Street, Salem, was sentenced to three days in the county jail and was fined $200 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

David Noll, 50, Ft. Myers, Fla., was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from telephone harassment.

Jared Chestnut, 18, Depot Road, pleaded not guilty to menacing; pretrial Sept. 23.

Randall Willison Jr., 47, Spillway Road, pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving under suspension and one count each of failure to reinstate license, stop sign violation and turn signal violation; pretrial Sept. 27.

Matthew Buckius, 19, South Walnut Street, was fined $200 on two counts of complicity. Buckius is accused of being in a vehicle in which people stole and transported two Morning Journal vending boxes.

Joshua Goebler, 21, Thomas Street, Minerva, was fined $175 for hit-skip on private property and failure to control.

Tyrone Butler II, 39, Huntsville, Ala., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle, amended from commercial speeding.

Dava Pugh, 38, Youngstown, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle, amended from speeding.
