The Review

- In county Municipal Court on Thursday, a West High Street man was bound over to grand jury on a felony charge of abusing harmful intoxicants. Aaron McDevitt, 28, is accused of being in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle with his eyes rolled back into his head, convulsing, being unresponsive and holding a 12-ounce aerosol can in his lap.

- Joeylynn Miller, 37, North Lima, pleaded not guilty to OVI second offense and falsification; pretrial Aug. 2.

- Timothy Bechtel, 46, Unity Line Road, New Waterford, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and speeding; pretrial Sept. 2.

- Aaron Dickey, 26, McKinley Avenue, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to theft. Bond was set at $1,000; pretrial Aug. 2. Dickey is accused of stealing a box of condoms and a bag of Combos from B&K Beverage, Salineville.

- Michael Esenwein, 25, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded not guilty to theft. Bond continued at $1,000; pretrial Sept. 9. Esenwein is accused of stealing Bud Light beer from Circle K.

- Wendy Warne, 34, Main Street, Kensington, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence and two counts of assault; pretrial Sept. 7. Warne is accused of pushing her 13-year-old daughter into a fence and threatening to kill her if she returned home; of pushing a 16-year-old girl to the ground and punching her in the face, and of grabbing a woman's hair, punching her in the face, knocking her down, grabbing her and hitting her again.

- Michael Whitman, 35, Canton, was fined $130 for driving under suspension, a stop sign violation and expired plates.

- Sean Dill, 18, Boardman, was fined $100 for driving under suspension, failure to display valid sticker and a tail lights violation.

- Anthony Riviotta III, 35, Lincoln Street Southeast, Minerva, pleaded not guilty to no operator's license; pretrial Aug. 19.

- Cody Mapel, 21, North Royalton, was fined $30 for speeding.

- Virgil Boggess, 59, Anderson Boulevard, East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to unsafe vehicle, pretrial Sept. 7.

- Robert Good, 47, Salem-Unity Road, Salem, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension; pretrial Sept. 9.

- Justin Capps, 27, St. Jacob-Logtown Road, Leetonia, was fined $100 for speeding.

- Raymond Wilson Jr., 46, Sebring, was fined $75 for unsafe vehicle, amended from assured clear distance ahead.

- Andrew Lesher, 49, Beachwood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $50 for no operator's license, amended from driving under suspension.

- Robert Ketchum Jr., 22, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was assessed costs only for driving without a valid license.

- Michael Hamilton, 21, Rose Avenue, Salem, was assessed costs only for operating all purpose vehicle without proper lights.

- Matthew Foust, 28, Georgetown Road, pleaded not guilty to reckless operation, amended from OVI first offense and disregard for safety/private property.

- John Gbur, 42, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $100 for persistent disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence.

- Robert Tanner, 36, Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense; pretrial Sept. 2.

- Douglas Beard, 24, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 for assault against a family member, amended from domestic violence.

- Joseph Hoschar, 38, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $30 for speeding.

- John Wojtkowiak, 43, Boardman, was assessed costs only for a seat belt violation. A charge of left of center against Wojtkowiak was dismissed.
