The Review

On Tuesday, the following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Shaun M. Dapollonia, 31, Broadway, Wellsville - ordered extradited to Beaver County on fugitive from justice charge for burglary, criminal trespass and theft; ordered to jail for two days for nonpayment of fine for criminal trespass.

Ashley D. Bable, 23, McKee Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail for petty theft; sentenced to 180 days in jail to run concurrent with previous case for falsification; sentenced to 180 days in jail to run concurrent with previous case for complicity to theft; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for passing bad checks; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for falsification and disorderly conduct; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft and possession of drug abuse instruments.

David J. Sisco, 19, address unknown - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, second arraignment set for 9 a.m. May 20 for theft and obstructing business.

On Monday, the following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Larry A. Wolfe, 49, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool - probation revocation hearing held, suspended sentence of 40 days in jail imposed for driving under suspension and failure to control.

Jeremy N. Sidoriak, 21, Clement Way, East Liverpool - probation revocation hearing held, suspended sentence of seven days in jail imposed for theft and possession of criminal tools.

Dennis R. Dreier, 54, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool - ordered to pay costs for expired plates; case of illegal plate dismissed.

Conley G. McCutcheon Jr., 20, Price Street, East Liverpool - fined $75 and costs for expired operator's license.

William J. Fleming, 56, Lang Street, East Liverpool - fined $28 and costs for identification of cab.

Zachary R. Mumford, 25, Phoenix Avenue, Chester - sentenced to one day in jail for theft; ordered extradited to Hancock County on fugitive from justice charge for delivery of cocaine.

Floyd E. Coles, 39, Gaddis Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. June 24 for driving under suspension and required lights.

Barbara A. Emler, 36, Railroad Street, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. June 24 for theft and criminal mischief.

Michael W. Quinn, 34, Valley Avenue, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. June 24 for complicity and criminal mischief.

Scott D. Shreve, 22, Price Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $1,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. May 24 for driving under suspension.

Fred Davis, 34, North Market Street, Lisbon - sentencing set for 10 a.m. May 25 for telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing.

James R. Metts, 29, Lang Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. May 24 for OVI and red light violation.

Donald L. Wooten, 31, Carter Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. May 24 for OVI and leaving the scene.

Aaron M. Holt, 33, Fawcett Street, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 9:30 a.m. May 27 for intoxication and theft.

Sherman T. Sanders, 29, Trumbell Court, Youngstown - failed to appear, bond set at $172 for possession of marijuana.

Heath M. Betz, 15th Street, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. June 2 for OVI above .08 and no operator's license.

Jason W. Barnes,36 , Henry Avenue, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 9:45 a.m. June 18 for driving under suspension.
