John L. Brown, 19, Leetonia Road, Leetonia - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Feb. 25 for theft, possession of criminal tools and criminal mischief.

Jason L. McEldowney, 23, Market Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $7,500, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Feb. 25 for assault, driving under suspension and expired plates.

Jona N. French, 18, Avon Road Northeast, Salineville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Jan. 22 for falsification.

Samantha A. Powell, 19, Avondale Street, East Liverpool - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000 for two counts petty theft.

Adam J. Young, Lon Edds Lane, Tazwell, Tenn. - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000 for complicity.
