Gary Holloway, 39939 Miller Road, Leetonia, reported at 11:04 a.m. Saturday he had parked his car behind his garage in mid-October and just went out to start it, when he found someone had damaged the edge of the driver's door and edge of the left front fender. The molding and letters were knocked off and laying on the ground.

David Thomas, 202 E. Main St., Salineville, reported at 2:52 p.m. Saturday he took his SUV to George's Auto on U.S. Route 30 in East Rochester about two weeks ago for repairs. On Thursday, he found someone took all four center caps from the factory rally wheels on the vehicle.

Jig Townsend, 47011 state Route 558, New Waterford, reported at 6:47 a.m. Saturday he had gone to work about 2:30 p.m. Friday and worked two shifts. When he came home he found the door ajar, with several guns and jewelry missing. It appeared by the footprints the people responsible left through the basement door and walked toward the road.

Lori Oiler, 14662 East Liverpool Road, reported at 1:23 p.m. Friday her children were at their father's home and he refused to return them. The father told deputies he had the children over Christmas break and they had gone home for one day at Christmas. He offered that if Oiler sent her mother to get them, she could pick them up. There is a protection order forbidding the father and mother from having contact except about the children.

George Wright, 11813 Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, reported at 2 p.m. Friday someone he knows babysat for him Thursday night and when they came home they found $100 missing from the dresser. Wright said the babysitter denied knowing anything about the money.

Tara Adams, 118 High St., Salineville, reported at 1:52 p.m. Friday her landlord called about the way the property at 14187-A Foundry Hill was left with damage inside. She wanted to go get the rest of her belongings and clean up the house, but the landlord told her she could not. After talking to deputies, the landlord agreed they could return on Sunday and he would provide estimates of the damage for them.

Kristina Thomas, 28194 King Road, Salem, reported at 9:37 a.m. Friday sometime between 1 a.m. and when they got up that morning someone had taken their Christmas lights from the garage and put them over their vehicles. Lawn ornaments were also damaged.

A Leslie Road, Rogers, mother reported at 9:35 p.m. Thursday she wanted deputies to go to a home on Dutchtown School Road where her teenage daughter was attending a party and the mother believed there may be drugs and drinking at the party. Deputies took the girl home and found no signs of underage drinking or drugs at the party.

Daniel Halstead, 6580 state Route 170, East Palestine, reported at 2:57 p.m. Sunday his wife's brother called the home looking for her and when he was told she was not there, he started cursing at him.

Brittany Phillips, 11700 state Route 644, Hanoverton, reported her mother-in-law was at her home causing problems. She was gone when deputies arrived but had gone to another trailer where she lives on the same property. When deputies asked for more information about the problem, Phillips changed from concerns about her mother-in-law to those about her cousin. Deputies also learned Phillips actually lives in Salem but was at her uncle's home. He was not there.

Jodie Kiehl, 50996 N. Front St., Negley, reported a domestic situation at 10:14 p.m. Saturday. She told deputies her husband pulled her off the couch by the hair. He had been drinking and taking medicine for a car accident, according to the wife. The husband told deputies he cut his hand on glass in the back door of the house when he pushed it in and broke it because the door was locked. The wife refused to sign charges, and two friends of the husband took him elsewhere for the night.
