George Smith, 23, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was cited for reasonable control at 3:25 p.m. Monday on state Route 172 in Center Township after his westbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a ditch and a tree. He was transported to Salem Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Sara Kaland, 19, Beloit, was cited for reasonable control at 11:09 p.m. Monday on Homeworth Road in Knox Township after her southbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, then off the left edge, struck small trees and entered a stream.

Stacey Carlisle, 25, Black Road, Lisbon, was cited for lanes of travel at 2:50 a.m. Monday on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township after she lost control of her eastbound vehicle and it struck a westbound Ohio Department of Transportation snow plow truck driven by Joy Dailey, 49, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon.

Dakota Gorichky, 17, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was cited for a right of way violation at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 558 in Unity Township after she pulled from a stop sign at the intersection with state Route 517 and her vehicle struck a westbound vehicle driven by Richard McElroy, 57, East Martin Street, East Palestine.

David Loupe, 58, Canfield, was cited for reasonable control at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township after his southbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a ditch, a tree and a utility pole.

Bryan Christian, 42, Church Hill, Tenn., was cited for reasonable control at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 30 in Hanover Township after the westbound commercial truck he was driving went off the left edge of the roadway, struck a guardrail and jackknifed across both lanes.

Gregory Giles, 34, Louisville, Ky., was cited for reasonable control at 5:25 p.m. Monday on state Route 14 in Unity Township after his westbound vehicle slid off the left edge of the roadway and struck a fence, a snow marker and two trees.

Elaine Weaver, 60, Wayne Drive, East Liverpool, was cited for reasonable control at 4:37 p.m. Monday on state Route 172 in Knox Township after she attempted to turn her westbound vehicle right into a private driveway and her vehicle struck a pole.

John Flowers, 27, Carter Road, New Waterford, was cited for lanes of travel at 3:25 p.m. Monday on Old state Route 558 in Salem Township after his westbound vehicle slid left of center and struck a southbound vehicle driven by Luke Newton, 17, state Route 558, Leetonia.

Jennifer Gross, 19, Metz Road, Columbiana, was cited for speeding at 1:01 a.m. Monday on state Route 172 in Hanover Township after she failed to negotiate a curve to the right and her eastbound vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway and struck a pole.

David Stock, 24, Sunset Boulevard, Wellsville, was cited for reasonable control at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on state Route 45 in Madison Township after his westbound vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.

Kimberly Kelly, 24, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was driving south at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 518 in Madison Township when her vehicle struck a deer.

George Vaughn, 73, Girard, was driving south at 6:20 a.m. Monday on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township when his vehicle struck a deer.
