In county Municipal Court on Wednesday, a jury found an East Palestine man not guilty of domestic violence.

Walter Myers, 55, Bye Road, was cleared of the charge.

On Thursday in the court, Jody Juillerat, 43, North Sumner Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension; pretrial March 2.

Rodney Skinner, 40, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license, amended from failure to appear, and speeding.

A charge of underage consumption against Denise Buttermore, West Washington Street, was dismissed due to evidentiary concerns.

Carol Minto, 56, Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license, amended from failure to reinstate license.

Steven McDevitt, 44, Kirk Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for speeding.

Wendie Shasteen, 37, state Route 518, pleaded not guilty to a stop sign violation; pretrial Jan. 28.
