* Jeffrey Nickell, 34, of 15233 state Route 170, East Liverpool, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence and operating without reasonable control after his southbound Jeep traveled off of state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 10:50 p.m. Thursday, struck a utility pole and two mailboxes, overturned and struck a parked car, coming to rest on the driver's side on the road. The parked car was owned by Dennis Harroff of state Route 7, New Waterford. No injury was reported.

* James E. Owen, 58, Winona Road, Winona, was cited for failure to control after his vehicle slid off the road into a ditch and overturned while he was driving on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 1:15 p.m. Friday.

* William Janowak, 78, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was cited for failure to control after he slid into a guardrail while driving on Speidel Road in Hanover Township at noon Friday.

* Stephanie J. Kolschowsky, 18, Gaston Place, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control after she slid into a mail box and fence while driving on state Route 172 in West Township at 9:55 a.m. Friday.

* Todd C. Stout, 37, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, was cited for failure to control after he slid into a guardrail and into a yard at noon Wednesday.

* Lee Ann Bryan, 48, of Chester, W.Va., was cited for failure to control after she slid into a passing vehicle driven by Greg J. Roof, 42, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, while both were traveling in the northbound lane of state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 8:49 a.m. Monday.

* Karen L. Martin, 19, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control after she slid into a tree while driving on Union Ridge Road in Middleton Township at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday.

* Krystn J. Larreau, 22, North Market Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control after she slid into a ditch on state Route 165 in Unity Township.

* Marlene V. Beers, 38, South Washington Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control after she slid into a ditch while driving on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 10 a.m. Friday.

* Amanda L. Palmer, 20, Riffle Road, Rogers, was cited for failure to control after she slid into an embankment on state Route 154 in Middleton Township at 12:30 p.m. Friday.

* Tricia D. Cline, 29, Metz Road, Columbiana, was cited for failure to control after she lost control and rolled her vehicle over on its roof while driving on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 12:50 p.m. Friday. Cline's husband and two children were also in the vehicle and were examined for bumps on their heads at the scene by an ambulance crew.

* Dakota L. Gorichky, 17, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign after she pulled into the path of a car driven by Richard R. McElroy, 57, East Martin Street, East Palestine, resulting in an accident on state Route 517 in Fairfield Township at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday.

* William R. Goodchild, 38, Jersey Ridge Road, Salem, overturned his vehicle while driving on Township Road 777 in Salem Township at 10:20 p.m. Monday. Goodchild was not cited because he struck packed-down ice and snow when cresting a hill.

* Norman J. Mustake, 64, Seigler Road, Salineville, struck a deer while driving on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 11 p.m. Monday.

* David J. Grodhaus, 19, Whinnery Road, Winona, struck a deer while driving on state Route 172 in Center Township at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday.

* Charles H. Metzger, 79, Depot Road, Lisbon, struck a deer while driving on state Route 172 in Center Township at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday.
