A 15-year-old East Liverpool girl has been charged in Columbiana County Juvenile Court with domestic violence for allegedly harming or trying to harm her father on Dec. 1.
The complaint was one of a handful of complaints filed this week in Juvenile Court. If committed by an adult, the charge against the girl would be a first-degree misdemeanor.
A 15-year-old Lisbon girl was also charged with what would constitute a first-degree misdemeanor for an adult when a complaint of possession of drugs was filed against her for allegedly possessing the drug valium on Oct. 15.
Minor misdemeanors for possession of drugs were also filed against a 17-year-old Kensington youth, a 17-year-old Hanoverton youth and a 17-year-old Salem youth, who were all accused of possessing marijuana on Oct. 7.
A charge of disorderly conduct, which would be a fourth-degree misdemeanor for an adult, was filed against a 16-year-old East Liverpool boy who allegedly brought mercury from old thermostats and thermometers to East Liverpool High School on Oct. 16. The complaint alleged that he recklessly caused inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm to another by creating a condition that could cause a risk of physical harm to other persons or property while in the vicinity of a school.
