East Liverpool Municipal Court for 12-24

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Amber M. Mellott, 31, Alderlick Road, Wellsville - ordered to pay costs for assured clear distance violation.

Robin A. Martin, 57, Plutus Avenue, Chester - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $7,500 for petty theft.

Debra S. Stephens, 48, Hazel Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Jan. 5 for intoxication.

Brandon D. Stephens, 19, Hazel Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Jan. 28 for prohibitions.

Steven E. Cunningham, 19, Crawford Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 4, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for prohibitions.

Andrew H. Hunley, 33, College Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 4 for theft; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft.

James L. Cunningham, 27, Baum Street, East Liverpool - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed for driving under suspension; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 180 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft.

Jonathan H. White, 25, Saline Street, Irondale - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 30 days in jail imposed for theft; sentenced to 30 days in jail to run concurrent with previous case for criminal trespass; sentenced to 30 days in jail to run concurrent with previous case for theft.

James R. Howell III, 25, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 30 days in jail imposed to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 4 for drug paraphernalia; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 30 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for driving under suspension; fined $50 and costs for intoxication.
