EL Municipal Court for 12-23

On Tuesday, the following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

James R. Cox, 54, Washington Street, Newell - ordered to jail for two days for nonpayment of fines for intoxication.

Adam R. Congo, 30, Leslie Road, Lisbon - fined $250 and costs for sale to underage person.

David W. Ibbs, 55, address unknown - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 45 days suspended and 45 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for domestic violence.

Jason D. Christian, 29, Jackman Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended and 15 days active to begin 9 a.m. Dec. 28, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft; fined $100 and costs for disorderly conduct.

John Anderson, 38, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool - case of assault dismissed.

Tamora S. Shedd, 44, North Beaver Street, Lisbon - fined $150 and costs for driving under suspension.

Michael G. Williams, 39, Center Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended and 20 days active to begin 6 p.m. Jan. 11, fined $250 and costs, given 34 hours community service in lieu of fine, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension.

Jack DeSarro, 81, Park Boulevard, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 10 a.m. Feb. 24 for two counts housing code violation.

Jackie L. Ours, 29, Hillcrest Manor, Midland - pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 30 for passing bad checks.

On Monday, the following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Deborah A. Weeds, 40, Rocklyn Drive, Brunswick, Ohio - failed to appear, bond set at $157 for failure to control.

Sherry E. Scarabino, 52, Commerce Street, Wellsville - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $30,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 28 for theft.

Jackie L. Ours, 29, Perry Highway, Portersville, Pa. - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $15,000, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 30 for two counts of theft, possession of criminal tools and passing bad checks.

Christian J. Francis, 19, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $157 for assured clear distance.

Albert R. Michael, 39, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $157 for failure to control; failed to appear, bond set at $71 for assured clear distance.

Kevin W. Buckel, 27, Commerce Street, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Jan. 21 for OVI above .17 and illegal plates.

Jessica K. Lee, 19, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Jan. 21 for drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and passing bad checks.

Shane A. Bosworth, 32, Grant Street, Portage, Pa. - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Jan. 21 for theft.

Paul A. Heffner, 32, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $142 for expired operator's license.

Joseph M. Robinson, 33, Cannon Mill Road, East Liverpool - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $15,000 for petty theft.

Nicholas G. Shreve, 25, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, East Liverpool - fined $50 and costs for expired operator's license; fined $28 and costs for failure to yield.

Francisco Rojo Lopez, 41, Darlington Road, Chipawaw, Pa. - fined $65 and costs for failure to control; case of no operator's license dismissed.

Ryan J. Randolph, 19, Township Road 457, Irondale - fined $65 and costs for speeding.

David J. Sisco Jr., 19, Eutaw Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended and 20 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension.

Robert L. Littrell, 21, West Martin Avenue, East Palestine - sentenced to 30 days in jail for theft; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 30 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for driving under suspension and failure to control; case of possession of criminal tools dismissed.

Dustin W. Ibbs, 25, Price Street, East Liverpool - ordered to jail for one day for nonpayment of fines for expired plates, open container and seat belt violation; ordered to jail for one day for nonpayment of fines for expired operator's license and speeding.
