COLUMBIANA - Dale C. Ball Jr., 45, of state Route 14, passed away 2:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, at his residence.
Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine, where the funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours. The Rev. Mark Taylor of the East Palestine Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Entombment will be in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford.
