Columbiana County Municipal for 12-8

In County Municipal Court Monday, the man accused of forcibly taking a money bag from a woman outside of First National Community Bank in Lisbon was bound over to the grand jury by Judge Mark Frost. Kevin Kirby, 35, 40566 state Route 344, Leetonia, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over with bond continued at $200,000.

A Dec. 14 preliminary hearing was set for Ricardo Gonzalez Jr., 19, 5393 Bye Road, East Palestine, who made an initial appearance on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety. Gonzalez has been charged by New Waterford police after a rifle stolen from a vehicle was turned over to police after a family member reportedly found it in Gonzalez' room.

Anthony Mascarella, 22, Youngtown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on felony drug possession charge and was bound over to grand jury. Mascarella was charged by Salem police after they found a bundle of rocks in his front pants pocket that tested positive for crack cocaine.

Jamie Ingledue, 26, 760 E. Pershing St., Salem, was fined $700, had his license suspended and was sentenced to 20 days in jail after he pleaded no contest to OVI first offense and left of center.

Adam Morrow, 918 Liberty St., Salem, was fined $200, ordered to undergo treatment and sentenced to four days jail after he pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct.

Scott Jackson, 27, 11881 state Route 45, Lisbon, pleaded no contest to use of an unauthorized plate and was fined $100 as well as ordered to perform 10 hours of community service.

David Sheely, 19, 1736 Hearthside Drive, Salem, pleaded no contest to use of an unauthorized plate, stop sign violation and reckless operation. He was fined $230 and sentenced to perform 50 hours community service.

Debbie Curtis, 49, 438 Quincy Ave., Columbiana, was fined $100, ordered to attend medical treatment and to perform 50 hours of community service after she pleaded no contest to aggravated trespassing. Curtis was accused pushing her way into a North Beaver Street home in Lisbon and searching the house.

Kimberly Carl, 29, 462 E. School St., Salem, was sentenced to one day in jail, ordered to perform 10 hours community service and fined $50 after pleading no contest to persistent disorderly conduct.

Chris Supptee, 40, 933 N. Market St., Lisbon, was fined $50 after pleading no contest on two charges of failing to register a dog.

A Jan. 4 pretrial was set for Hope Mogg, 32, Girard, charged with OVI second offense, marked lanes and a seat belt violation.

A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Marcie McMannis, 5 Albright Ave., Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Timothy Culler Jr, 31, 440 N. Broadway, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct.
