In county Municipal Court on Friday, a Kensington man pleaded not guilty to aggravated menacing.

Ray Cairnes, 50, Buffalo Road, is accused of threatening to shoot a man in the kneecaps because he believed the man was hunting without permission on his property; pretrial Tuesday.

Samuel Yarian, 32, Hatcher Road, New Waterford, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation; pretrial Jan. 21.

Rebecca Shutler, 28, Beloit, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and marked lanes; pretrial Jan. 14.

Corey Libert, 32, Sherman Street, pleaded no contest to domestic violence; sentencing Dec. 10. Libert pushed his wife to the ground.

Steven Coil, 37, Hibbits Mill Road, Wellsville, was fined $1,000 for driving under suspension.

Justin Russel, 25, Columbus, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and one way traffic; pretrial Jan. 21.

Nicole Scharrenberger, 19, South Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension; pretrial Jan. 21.

David Augustine, 37, and Pamela Augustine, both of Columbia Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrials Jan. 21. Pamela Augustine is accused of placing $98 worth of merchandise in her purse at the Salem Wal-Mart and exiting the store without paying for those items. David Augustine is accused of being with his wife at the time and being aware that his wife had placed the items in her purse.

Stephany Rupprecht, 38, state Route 46, New Waterford, pleaded not guilty to failure to reinstate license, speeding and a seat belt violation.
