NEGLEY - Lois M. Moore, 86, of state Route 170, Negley, died Friday, Dec 4, 2009, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

She was born in East Liverpool on July 7, 1923, and was the daughter of the late William A. and Laura (Wolfe) Merchant.
