The Review

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Davon M. Whitson, 19, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. Dec. 17, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for criminal trespass.

Joseph D. Beatty, 22, Old Lincoln Highway, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and five days active to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 8, fined $100 and costs, given 14 hours community service in lieu of fine, placed on two years unsupervised probation for criminal damaging.

Billy J. Keeder, 19, Daisy Alley, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $7,500, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for domestic violence.

Jason M. Russell, 36, Holiday Street, East Liverpool - fined $200 and costs for driving under suspension; fined $30 and costs for fictitious plates; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 60 days in jail imposed for driving under suspension and failure to signal.

Lucas McEldowney, 19, Gonzales Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $50 and costs for driving alone on a permit.

Kevin J. Frederick, 39, Anderson Boulevard, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and 30 days active to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 8, fined $675 and costs, given 93 hours community service in lieu of fine, placed on three years intensive probation for OVI above .17; fined $30 and costs, given four hours community service in lieu of fine for speeding.

Robert Fennimore, 56, Thomas Drive, Wellsville - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended and 20 days active to begin 9 a.m. Jan. 8, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for prohibitions concerning companion animals.

Amber L. Johnson, 40, Union Ridge Road, Rogers - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 78 days suspended and 12 days active to begin 6 p.m. Jan. 8, fined $250 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension.

Robert J. Davis III, 24, Dome Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail for theft; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 90 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft; case of possession of criminal tools dismissed.

Mathew Perrington, 36, Frisckorn Heights, Wellsville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for defrauding a livery/hostelry; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to run concurrent with previous case, fined $100 and costs for obstructing business; case of intoxication dismissed.

Marcie S. Conley, 28, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, fined $100 and costs, given 14 hours community service in lieu of fine, placed on two years supervised probation for passing bad checks; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $100 and costs, given 14 hours community service in lieu of fine for endangering children.

Justin J. Schneider, 18, state Route 518, Lisbon - waived preliminary hearing, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for receiving stolen property.

Edward A. Torres, 28, state Route 518, Lisbon - waived preliminary hearing, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for receiving stolen property.

James A. Huntting, 25, address unknown - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active, fined $675 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for OVI; case of driving under suspension dismissed; fined $65 and costs for failure to control; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended and three days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $150 and costs for obstructing.

Peggy S. Farnsworth, 42, Crawford Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and 90 days active, fined $1,050 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for OVI above .17; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $250 and costs for driving under suspension; fined $65 and costs for failure to control.

John P. Powell Jr., 19, East Main Street, Salineville - ordered to pay costs for intoxication; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 90 days in jail imposed for prohibitions and obstructing official business; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 27 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for obstructing business and criminal mischief.

Tyree Marrero, 34, Moore Street, East Liverpool - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 10 days in jail imposed to begin 6 p.m. Dec. 5 for obstructing business.

Joseph A. Kelly, 25, Williams Avenue, East Liverpool - probation revoked, suspended sentence of three days in jail imposed to begin 6 p.m. Jan. 8 for criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana and open container.
