In County Municipal Court Tuesday, Anna Vyse, 4893 12 th St., Homeworth, pleaded no contest to OVI first offense and reckless operation. She was fined $775, had her license suspended and was sentenced to three days jail and to perform 40 hours community service.

Michael Spiker, 32, 1347 Conser Drive, Salem, pleaded no contest Tuesday to possession of drugs, OVI first offense and lane violations. He was sentenced to 20 days jail, had his license suspended for six months and was fined $775.

Dudley Havelock Jr, 54, 303 W. Fifth St., Salem, pleaded no contest to OVI first offense. He was fined $675, sentenced to three days jail and to perform 10 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months.

Jackie Huling, 50, Richardson Avenue, Negley, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and failure to control; pretrial Jan. 25.

Michael Cutlip, 21, Alliance, was sentenced to two days in the county jail and was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Benjamin Roth, 22, Main Street, Leetonia, pleaded not guilty to wrong way on a one-way street; court trial Dec. 10.

Jennifer Zuppo, 35, Canton, was assessed costs only for driving without a valid license and a registration violation.
