In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a New Waterford man was placed on $25,000 bond for six counts of theft and one count of receiving stolen property.

Tyler McMillen, 21, North State Street, is accused of entering and taking items from a dozen vehicles parked in New Waterford and being in possesion of a stolen VCR; pretrial Dec. 8.

Shaun Clark, 31, Steubenville Pike, was sentenced to 165 days in the county jail and was fined $150 for domestic violence; review hearing and restitution hearing Jan. 14. Clark choked his live-in girlfriend, causing her to fall unconscious.

Martin Steele Jr., 24, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail, was fined $905 and had his driver's license suspended for one year for OVI second offense, failure to control, open container and a seat belt violation; review hearing Dec. 11.

Eric Faith, 25, Niles, was sentenced to six days in the county jail, was fined $775 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense, amended from OVI second offense, and marked lanes.
