Pamela Witherstine, 63, Steubenville Pike, Hanoverton, was cited for reasonable control at 3:42 p.m. Friday on Lisbon Road in Center Township after her northbound vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway and struck a mailbox.

Sheri Logston, 41, Maple Hill Road, Salineville, was driving north at 10:48 p.m. Sunday on Haiti Road in Washington Township when her vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway and struck a tree, after which she left the scene.

Samantha Boyer, 20, Padgett Road, East Palestine, was driving east at 3:11 p.m. Friday on state Route 558 in Middleton Township when her eastbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, struck a mailbox, went off the left edge of the roadway and struck a ditch.
