Marian Justice

OHIOVILLE - Marian N. Justice, 85, of Ohioville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009.

Born Nov. 2, 1924 in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late James Elmer and Gertrude E. Bussard Doughty and was a member of the Industry Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Frank O. Justice, Sr.; a daughter, Janice Woodner; four sisters; and two brothers.

She is survived by her three sons, Frank O. Justice, II and David P. Justice, both of Ohioville, and James R. Justice of South Carolina; three daughters, Patricia L. Simecak of Bridgewater, Linda G. Devich and Deborah A. Jordan, both of Ohioville; two brothers, Glenn Doughty of Ohioville, and Darrell Doughty of Midland; three sisters, Dorothy Heffner and Eula Mae Mattern, both of Ohioville, and Mary Kay Schettler of Calcutta; 28 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. Saturday in the Noll Funeral Home in Beaver, at which time a service will be conducted by Marian's good friend and minister, Rusty Luzell.
