Laura I. Parsons, 24, Esworthy Road, Ravenna, Ohio - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to begin 6 p.m. Feb. 10, fined $675 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for OVI; fined $50 and costs for speeding.

Jessica M. Schneider, 21, state Route 518, Lisbon - pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for speeding and two counts driving under suspension.

James R. Howell III, 25, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Dec. 23 for intoxication.

Jason D. Christian, 29, Jackman Street, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 10:15 a.m. Dec. 22 for theft and disorderly conduct.

Mitzi S. Stoddard, 20, Moore Street, East Liverpool - trial set for 11 a.m. Dec. 9 for illegal plates.

Michael G. Williams, 38, Center Street, East Liverpool - pretrial hearing set for 10 a.m. Dec. 22 for driving under suspension.

Davon M. Whitson, 19, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool - cash/surety bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Dec. 1 for criminal trespass.

Mary J. Coleman, 42, Maine Boulevard, East Liverpool - fined $65 and costs for failure to yield.

Deborah L. Heiney, 23, James Drive, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 1 for theft.

Justin R. Barrett, 25, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $50 and costs for intoxication.

Aaron L. Adkins, 35, Sharon Drive, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $142 for expired operator's license; failed to appear, bond set at $78 for expired plates.

John ''Ken'' Price, 45, Orchard Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 1 for telephone harassment.
