Columbiana County Grand Jury for 11-24
A man accused of trespassing in other people's properties was served recently with a secret indictment for three felony counts related to break-ins in Lisbon and Columbiana.
Glenn Fulton, 46, of 200 Front St., New Waterford, was indicted by the Columbiana County grand jury for burglary and complicity to burglary, both third-degree felonies, and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.
Court documents alleged Fulton trespassed in the residence of Tiffany Pugh, Carlisle Road, Lisbon, on Sept. 1 to commit a criminal offense, trespassed in a garage on the property of Melissa Chamberlain, Metz Road, Columbiana, on Aug. 27 and helped another man in a burglary at the residence of Wanda Modarelli, Creek Road, Columbiana, on Sept. 8.
