In county Municipal Court Monday, James Moore, 20, 933 Cedar Alley, Wellsville, was bound over to Common Pleas Court on a breaking and entering charge after waiving his rights to a preliminary hearing. He is accused of breaking into a car.
Heidi Combs, 40, 155 Chris Ave. Apt. B2, Washingtonville, pleaded no contest to theft of items from the Salem Wal-Mart and was sentenced to 20 days jail, fined $100 and ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.
Domestic violence charges were dismissed against Terri Presto, 41, 17724 Buzzard Road.
Amanda Goodman, 20, 1707 Ansley Way, Salem, was fined $1,060 and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service after pleading no contest on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.
David Huffman, Canton, pleaded no contest to driving under a non-compliance suspension and was fined $1,000 with $750 suspended. He was ordered to perform 50 hours community service.
Christian Jaeger, 27, 7443 Spillway lot 16, Lisbon, pleaded no contest to speeding and driving without a valid license, the latter amended from driving in violation of a driving restriction. He was fined $1,025 with $750 suspended and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
Michael Fast, 29, 38155 state Route 14, Salem, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension. He was fined $100 and sentenced to perform 50 hours of community service.
Brian Specht Jr, 20, 1311 Francis Drive, Wellsville, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct while intoxicated. He was fined $100, sentenced to two days jail already served and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
A Dec. 31 pretrial was set for Elizabeth Schneider, 44, 41101 state Route 518, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension. A review hearing was set to same date for previous convictions of wrongful entrustment and failure to reinstate a license.
A Jan. 11 pretrial was set for Brian Pearl, 40, 118 S. West St., Columbiana, who pleaded not guilty to a lanes violation charge.
