WELLSVILLE MAGISTRATE FOR 11-22
In Wellsville Magistrate Court, Tracy Parker, 32, Wood Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 20 days, suspended, and placed on probation one year for disorderly conduct. She was ordered to have no contact with Nathan Daniels, listed as her husband in police reports, which indicated they were both charged after a fight at their residence. On charges of reckless operation and physical control, a second pretrial was scheduled Dec. 21, and Parker was ordered to obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and counseling.
Randy T. Arndt, 22, Beech Alley, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct/public intoxication. He was charged after officers reportedly were called twice to his residence, the second time after he burned his wife with a cigarette.
Christopher L. Joy, 24, Danbury Avenue, was fined $350, sentenced to 30 days, 25 suspended, for criminal mischief. He was ordered to make restitution to the state of Ohio and Gibby's Mini Market after reportedly spray painting words on a state Route 7 overpass and the store.
Richard Wilhelm Jr., Empire, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
William Robb, 23, 14th Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended and placed on probation one year for endangering children. He was ordered to comply with any order or case plan by the Department of Jobs & Services.
A disorderly conduct/public intoxication charge was dismissed against Richard Coil, 37, Main Street, because of the absence of a ticket.
A theft charge was dismissed against Elizabeth McCauley, 35, Clark Avenue, at the request of the complainant, with restitution already made. She was assessed court costs.
