COLLINSVILLE, Ala. - Ruth E. Hadley Freeman, 79, of Collinsville Health Care Center in Collinsville, Ala., passed away at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at the DeKalb Regional Medical Center in Fort Payne, Ala., following a lengthy illness.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home.

Services will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday with Evangelist Frank Higginbotham of the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ officiating.

Burial will take place at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
