Mike Gryzmala, McGavern Road, was transported by Tri-County ambulance to the hospital after he reportedly suffered a slight scratch above his eye when struck at Rukart's Tavern. Initial reports from Patricia Gryzmala indicated he had broken a glass and cut himself, but Mr. Gryzmala could not recall what caused the injury, according to police.

Nicole Morrison, East Main Street, reported receiving a call from a man, telling her she was going to be robbed. She was notified later by a local bank that a man tried to cash one of her checks.
