Devon S. Durflinger, 21, township Road 32, West Liberty, Ohio - fined $50 and costs for driving under suspension; fined $28 and costs for expired plates.

Albert M. Fullerton, 47, Moore Street, Wellsville - ordered to sit out fines with two days in jail for intoxication.

Marcie S. Conley, 28, Hibbetts Mill Road, Wellsville - failed to appear, bond set at $117 for speeding.

Chelsea E. Bugar, 32, North Meadowbrook Circle, East Liverpool - bond set at $20,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Nov. 23 for domestic violence.

Michael G. Williams, 38, Center Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Nov. 23 for driving under suspension.
