Highway Patrol for 11-14

Caithlynne Godocsik, 20, Negley, was seriously injured at 7 p.m. Sunday on Vale Road in Middleton Township after she pulled her vehicle north from a stop sign at the intersection with state Route 154 and drove into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by Ronald Reidy Jr., 45, Dyke Road, Rogers. Godocsik was transported to Salem Community Hospital. An 11-year-old boy in Reidy's vehicle was transported to Beaver Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

William Foden III, 63, Park Place, East Liverpool, was seriously injured at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 30 in Center Township after his northbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, struck a guardrail, continued against the guardrail until reaching the end, entered a field and struck a small tree. He was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital.

Benjamin Rusinowski, 18, McDonald, was cited for willful or wanton operation at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 14 in Unity Township after he attempted to pass other westbound vehicles, encountered incoming traffic, drove off the left edge of the roadway, and his vehicle struck a ditch.

Steven Panchik, 20, Natrona, Pa., was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 4:40 p.m. Nov. 6 on state Route 14 in Green Township after his eastbound vehicle struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Leo Smalley, 71, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, and pushed Smalley's vehicle into the rear of a vehicle driven by Trena McClaren, 49, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville.

Charles Cummings, 44, Peace Valley Road, Rogers, was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 5. on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township after his vehicle struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Amber Keener, 24, Crestview Road, New Waterford, who was waiting for oncoming traffic to clear so she could turn left into a private driveway.

Raymond Fitsimmons, 40, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was driving east at 9:22 p.m. on state Route 344 in Salem Township when his vehicle struck a deer, throwing the deer into the westbound lane, where a westbound vehicle driven by Joseph Sabatino, 57, Franklin Avenue, Salem, struck it.

Jordan Smeltzer, 23, Depot Road, Lisbon, was driving north at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday on Depot Road in Salem Township when his vehicle struck a deer.

Gary Ware, 53, Bowman Road, Homeworth, was driving east at 6:26 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 62 in Knox Township when his vehicle struck a deer.

Brenda Bradley, 60, Arch Street, Salem, was driving west at 5:55 p.m. Saturday on state Route 14 in Beaver Township when her vehicle struck a deer.
