Ashley W. Allen, 31, Edel Weis Street, Canton - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for petty theft and possession of criminal tools.
Whitney N. Howell, 19, North Shady Lane Drive, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for obstructing official business.
Mark A. Freeman, 19, Main Street, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for theft.
Matthew Perrington, 36, Friscorn Heights, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Dec. 3 for defrauding a livery, obstructing business and intoxication.
Thomas P. Pittenger, 42, no address given - sentenced to three days in jail, fined $250 and costs for direct contempt of court for being intoxicated in court; cases of domestic violence dismissed as victim refused to cooperate with prosecution; cases of fictitious registration, littering and disorderly conduct dismissed.

Jenna Leann Severs, 24, Morton Street, East Liverpool - extradition case dismissed since Alabama authorities did not return phone calls concerning the matter.
Jeremy R.
