Terrence A. Cooper, 23, St. George Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 3 for obstructing official business.

Roger D. Ingram, 39, Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for domestic violence.

Ashley W. Allen, 31, Edel Weis Street, Canton - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for petty theft and possession of criminal tools.

Whitney N. Howell, 19, North Shady Lane Drive, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for obstructing official business.

Mark A. Freeman, 19, Main Street, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 for theft.

Matthew Perrington, 36, Friscorn Heights, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 1 p.m. Dec. 3 for defrauding a livery, obstructing business and intoxication.

Thomas P. Pittenger, 42, no address given - sentenced to three days in jail, fined $250 and costs for direct contempt of court for being intoxicated in court; cases of domestic violence dismissed as victim refused to cooperate with prosecution; cases of fictitious registration, littering and disorderly conduct dismissed.

Brian J. Moore, 23, Sixth Street Southwest, Canton - ordered to sit out fines with two days in jail for drug paraphernalia; ordered to sit out fines with one day in jail for theft; ordered to sit out fines with five days in jail for driving under suspension, illegal plates and defective exhaust.

Larry A. Wolfe, 48, West Eighth Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended and 15 days active to begin 6 p.m. Dec. 4, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; fined $65 and costs for failure to control.

Glenn E. Collins III, 28, McKinnon Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served for driving under suspension; case of required lights dismissed.

Jenna Leann Severs, 24, Morton Street, East Liverpool - extradition case dismissed since Alabama authorities did not return phone calls concerning the matter.

Jeremy R. Cranston, 21, no address given - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 140 days suspended and 40 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for domestic violence; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and five days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $100 and costs, given 14 hours community service in lieu of fines for obstructing business.

Scott A. Helton, 39, College Street, East Liverpool - case of domestic violence dismissed after victim refused to cooperate with prosecutor.

Michelle L. Coratto, 23, Pleasantview Drive, Industry, Pa. - bond reset at $10,000, waived preliminary hearing, bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for carrying a concealed weapon.

Shaun M. Dapollonia, 31, Laura Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $100 and costs for criminal trespass.

Tracy A. Mineard, 26, West Chalmers Street, Youngstown - fined $200 and costs for driving under suspension; fined $30 and costs for cracked windshield.
